Debbie has just started selling my house (about 2 weeks) and already there has been 4 people through. Compare that with 5 people in 6 months with my last realtor. Debbie did sell my last home and helped me to purchase the land for this one 7 years ago. She is the best Realtor in the vacinity in my opinion. She doesn't run every "tire kicker" through your house, only people she feels are qualified and would be truly interested in the property.

She isn't about "fire sale" volume profit from her fees, meaning she doesn't try to get you to take less for your house for a quick sell for her benefit. She has my highest recommendations, as I feel I can trust her. I have learned that if she says it, then it is so; even if you don't like what you hear, it will be the truth! Nothing worse than getting tied into a deal and finding out the truth at that time! Her indepth knowedge will save you bad surprises. I wish I had called her 7 months ago!

We had been doing our homework researching homes via the Internet from Hawaii and dealing with several real estate agents in the Savannah area. We gave them all the criteria that we wanted in a home and the specific areas that we would be looking to purchase a home. Nobody seemed to be really listening to what we wanted in a home nor the area that we wanted to live in. We had problems with agents because they either did not have time to show us homes or they did not show us homes that were in our price range or in the wrong area.We were getting really frustrated with the home results, either to expensive or not in the right area that we wanted to live. We finally found a agent that took us to the areas that we requested and showed us homes in the price range that we requested. We would view homes via the internet and if we asked for additional information or more pictures of the interior/exterior with dimension of the rooms she would get back with us in a very timely manner. These are important things that you must know before you tell your agent that you want to put that home on the list of houses that yu want to view. All in all Debbie Ryan was a honest hard working agent that thouroughly does her job in a very professional manner.
